William’s White Sourdough is a traditional high tin white sourdough, made with care using authentic fermentation techniques – leaving you with a subtly sour, tangy slice with lingering ‘yeasty’ notes. Made in Australia from 98% Australian ingredients and crafted from locally milled Australian wheat flour.Ingredients

Usage Instructions
Eliminate air in the bag and seal. Place in freezer. Consume within <4 months. On thawing consume within 3 days.

Store in a cool, dry place.
