William’s Wholemeal Sourdough is a traditional high tin sourdough, made with care using authentic fermentation techniques. The use of wholemeal wheat flour adds extra nutrition and imparts a delicious nutty, malt flavour. Made in Australia from 96% Australian ingredients and vrafted from locally milled Australian wheat flour.Ingredients

Usage Instructions
Eliminate air in the bag and seal. Place in freezer. Consume within <4 months. On thawing consume within 3 days.
